When a company owns smaller companies for example Walt Disney buying Marvel.

There is a lot of CGI which suggests on how big of a budget the film has.


4) How was Black Widow promoted to an audience? List at least three different methods used by the film's marketing campaign and why they were effective in promoting the film.

The budget was  $288.5 Million and it made $379.8 Million.

6) Would you consider Black Widow a successful Hollywood blockbuster? Why?

I wouldnt because normal Marvel Films normally average around $750 Million and this film made less than $100 Million of its budget.

7) Who regulates the film industry in the UK?

The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC)

8) What age rating was Black Widow given? Why?

It was given 12 because of the violence and injury detail 

9) Look at the Marvel Black Widow website. How does the website help to promote the film? Give specific examples from the website and how they appeal to the audience.

There is trailers of Black Widow there which encourage audiences to click on it and get intrigued and therefore try to watch the film.

10) Read this feature on Marvel using a fan's tweet to help market the film. Why is audience interaction such an important aspect of modern film marketing? 

Engaging with fans helps movies get noticed, creating excitement and interest which makes marketing more effective.

  1. I do not like the format of this page which makes it hard to read. Consider changing it and keep fonts all the same size and font for consistency when answering :)
